Titlebase is a dynamic list of homeowners throughout New Zealand. It contains essential data such as owner's names, land size, date of ownership, date of mortgage and mortgage owner.
Over 1 million homes, with title changes every three months. As this is home data you can of course expect to receive returned mail, because people move. This runs at around 10%. The name is of the owners and not the occupier, but we do have files of multiple owners that suggests rented properties.
Apart from basic data, census data and other tailored solutions can be accomodated, for example all homes that bank with the ABC bank, and took out their mortgages 3 years ago. All data is privacy compliant.
